Every victory over the cancer cells in-game is a step towards a real-world triumph.
Description
Grokit’s first Add-on was imagined with help of some special individuals: kids and teens impacted by cancer. Collaborating with Big Dreams Virtual Tour, 3lb Games/Grokit gave this creative crew an opportunity to dream big by offering them the chance to create their own VR game about fighting cancer cells. The kids even helped to voice and design the characters, as well as the customization options, environment, and music that come with the pack!
Players will engage in a dual-fronted battle, combating childhood cancer both in the gaming realm and in the real-world fight, with each purchase fueling vital research through Children’s Cancer Research Fund.
About Children’s Cancer Research Fund
Children’s Cancer Research Fund (CCRF) is a national nonprofit dedicated to ending childhood cancer. Their main focus is to support the research of bright scientists across the country whose ideas can make the greatest impact for children fighting cancer. They also fund resources and programs that help kids and families as they navigate the difficult experience of cancer treatment and survivorship.
Since 1981, CCRF has contributed over $200 million to research, support programs for children and families, and awareness and education outreach.
